The next page asks for your personal information, such as your name, email, date of birth, citizenship status, social security number, address, and phone number.

At the bottom of the page, you’ll choose your area of study and degree level. After that, you need to provide some information about your previous education and confirm you’ve at least graduated high school or earned your GED. Next, you’ll need to state your ethnicity, whether or not you’re employed, and whether or not you’re affiliated with the United States military in any way. 

Lastly, you'll need to read through the disclosures, confirm a transcript request, and review your information. Once everything is complete and correct, you can sign and submit your application.
