Next, you’ll need to state your ethnicity, whether or not you’re employed, and whether or not you’re affiliated with the United States military in any way.
Lastly, you'll need to read through the disclosures, confirm a transcript request, and review your information. Once everything is complete and correct, you can sign and submit your application.
